Marcus Davis
Co-Founder, CEO & CTO
Marcus has spent 15+ years in IT, from frontline support at managed service providers to leading technology for national nonprofits. He has supported enterprise and small-business clients at MSPs, run IT and security for a philanthropic foundation, and served as Director of IT at the Movement for Black Lives. He also designs self-hosted collaboration tools that let organizations keep control of their own data. He holds CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and ITIL certifications, and was named an Emerging Leader by the Technology Association of Grantmakers. His work is grounded in the belief that digital security is an act of community care.
Marsha Davis
Co-Founder & COO
Marsha brings 10+ years in nonprofit administration and philanthropy. As the inaugural Executive Director of Tzedek Social Justice Fund, she co-led the transition from a funder-led to a community-led fund. Through Davis Squared Consulting, she has supported racial and gender justice movements with philanthropic advising and grants management. At Rooted Systems, she leads operations and business development.
